1) Delivery and shipping conditions

1.1 Goods are regularly delivered by dispatch and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing shall be decisive.

1.2 If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the Seller because delivery to the Customer was not possible, the Customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch.

1.3 As a matter of principle, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the customer when the goods are dispatched or when they are handed over to the appointed carrier.

1.4 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

1.5 Shipping is carried out in cooperation with the Swiss Post. You will receive the tracking number by email after the order has been processed.

1.6 The stated delivery times are only to be interpreted as an orientation. The actual delivery time may differ from the stated delivery time. No compensation will be granted for this.

1.7 Customs and import costs must be borne by the buyer for international shipments.
