When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched on the same working day if possible, provided all products are in stock. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Which countries does Tennisvibe deliver to?
We now also deliver abroad. When shipping abroad, customs duties may be incurred, which must be paid in full by the recipient. You can check the country-specific delivery times here: International delivery times

Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible within ten days after purchase. Please send an email to info@tennisvibe.ch and explain what you want to return. You will then receive a return label from us. Once we have received the products, we will refund the value of the product minus a handling fee of CHF 10. The refund will be made using the same form of payment as the original payment. Returns and exchanges for international shipments cost a fee of CHF 70.

What payment options are available to me?
You can choose between the following payment methods: Twint, credit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.

Do the Uniqlo Caps come with the original label?
Our Uniqlo Caps come directly from Uniqlo and are therefore all delivered with the original label.

My package and/or products have arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your package or products arrive damaged, please contact us by email at info@tennisvibe.ch.

I entered the wrong information in my order What should I do?
If you provided incorrect information when placing your order, please contact us by email at info@tennisvibe.ch. If the order has not yet been shipped, the information will be adjusted.
